Hello, suddenly we are unable to open TrackPro and need some help.

When I try to run the .exe file, I get this dialog box:

"The encoded password file could not be found. You may attempt to recreate this file if you know the database password by clicking the OK button. If you don't, call your supervisor. If the password is lost or forgotten you are out of luck!"

And then when I input our username and password, I get the following:
"Object variable or With block variable not set"

I saw that someone was having this same issue in another post and the solution was to upgrade to the latest version, we are running ver. 3.3.220, and upload their database for conversion. I have attached our data base to this post in case this is still the correct fix. If not let me know what we need to do to get TrackPro back up and running.

Please proceed as follows:
  • Uninstall TrackPro using the windows uninstaller.
  • Make sure there are no remaining trackpro files.
  • Install the latest version.
  • Overwrite the freshly installed data file with the on attached.

Ok, I went and installed the latest version of TrackPro and used the data file you provided but I am now getting an invalid password error when trying to open it. Someone here must of mistakenly changed the password so I have no idea what the correct one is. I believe for a cost I can get the password reset for the data file. If that is correct could you please provide me with instructions on how I accomplish that.

Thanks,
Tom
